BCCI secretary Sanjay Patel made it clear that there is no guarantee that the IPL final will return to the Wankhede even if the MCA agrees to all the conditions put forward by IPL chairman Ranjib Biswal.

"There is no guarantee that the final will be re-allotted to Mumbai if the MCA agrees to the conditions. Only the IPL Governing Council has the authority to reverse the decision.
