There was major confusion after yesterday's one-dayer here. India skipper Gautam Gambhir, who was scheduled to address the press, was not informed. In fact, nobody from the hosts' camp came for a press conference. Later, India manager Mayank Parikh justified this goof-up: "It was the duty of Assam Cricket Association's media co-ordinator to approach us. We waited for half-an-hour after the game. Virat Kohli was ready to go for the press conference."
Meanwhile, media co-ordinatoru00a0 Pabitra Gogoi said: "After the presentation ceremony, Gambhir told me he wasn't available. Later, I went to the dressing room but everyone had left."
