Inquiries are ongoing,&rdquo; the statement added.</div>  <div>   u00a0</div>  <div id="cke_pastebin">   Balotelli joined Manchester City in 2010 for a reported 24 million after moving from Inter Milan, and has been in the news since then for a series of misdemeanors.</div>  <div>   u00a0</div>  <div id="cke_pastebin">   Last month, Balotelli was asked to leave the Trafford Centre after refusing to take down the hood of his top.</div>
