Dhaka: Bangladesh One-Day International (ODI) skipper Mashrafe bin Mortaza was on Friday hospitalised after being diagnosed with dengue fever.
Mashrafe was taken to the Apollo Hospital, reports bdnews24.com.

&ldquo;He still has high fever,&rdquo; a friend of Mortaza told bdnews24.com.
He will not be able to play matches in the national league&rsquo;s third round because of the illness.
Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) physician Debashish Chowdhury said they were yet to get details of his condition.
&ldquo;It&rsquo;s been confirmed that he has been diagnosed with dengue,&rdquo; he said.
&ldquo;I&rsquo;ve spoken with the doctor at the hospital.&rdquo;
Mashrafe&rsquo;s one-year-old son Sohel, too, has been suffering from high fever for the past several days.
Mashrafe had high fever on Thursday afternoon after attending to his son overnight.
