New Delhi, Oct 30 (PTI) The Committee of Administrators (COA) wants the BCCI to appoint an ombudsman and an Ethics Officer at the earliest to deal with any disputes leading up to its much-awaited Annual General Meeting and elections.

In its 10th status report to the Supreme Court, the COA explained why the two appointments need to be made before fresh elections are held.
