St John’s (Antigua): The year-long impasse between the BCCI and the West Indies Cricket Board ended yesterday as the Indian cricket board has decided to resume bilateral cricketing ties with an away tour of the Caribbean islands in mid-2016. India will  play four Tests in July-August.
