Stuart Broad has insisted England's players must put coach Andy Flower's words into practice if they are to avoid a humiliating one-day series whitewash against Australia.

Last month's Ashes triumph, which Broad helped seal with an inspired five-wicket haul at the Oval, is fast receding into the memory with England already 4-0 down in their seven-match limited overs series against Australia ahead of Tuesday's fifth clash at Broad's Trent Bridge home ground.
