Chennai: England batsman Joe Root regrets his 'childish' reaction at being given out by the umpire's decision review system (DRS)âu00c2u0080u00c2u0088on Day One of the fifth Test.
Root vented his frustration as he walked off for 88 out of England's 284 for four. An initial not-out verdict was overturned by DRS, which detected a faint edge behind on an attempted sweep at Ravindra Jadeja. The Yorkshireman was convinced at the time he had not hit the ball.
