It was City's first away win in either the Champions League or its predecessor the European Cup. "In the Champions League, it was defensively our strongest performance and our strikers are lethal on their day," Kompany told ITV.u00a0 "If we do our job properly we are as strong as anyone. We don't need to look too much at the other teams; it's a hard group but if we do what we need to do, we can win any game." A win against Napoli in their next European encounter will see City qualify for the knockout stage. u00a0 Key results * Bayern 3-2 Napoliu00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0 * Inter 2-1 Lille
