BPCL skipper Dhawal Kulkarni (2-25) did well to dismiss Dhruv and Riyan Parag (14) to pull things back, but a late flourish from Sumit Kumar (15 not out off five) sealed the win for RBI

Shivam Dube’s 59-ball 84 went in vain as Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) lost to Reserve Bank of India (RBI) by seven wickets in the 17th DY Patil T20 Cup at the DY Patil Stadium on Wednesday.
RBI’s Sayan Mondal’s 67 not out off 52 balls and Dhruv Shorey’s 53 off 35 saw them chase down BPCL’s 170-9 with 11 balls to spare. Mondal and Shorey hammered the bowling to all parts of the ground as their 101-run second-wicket partnership put RBI in a good position.
