Bangalore: Less than a year ago, on the night of April 3, 2016 at Eden Gardens in Kolkata, England all-rounder Ben Stokes was in the depths of despair. West Indies all-rounder Carlos Brathwaite had just clubbed him for four sixes in four balls for West Indies to lift their second World T20 title and a stunned Stokes struggled to get off the ground.
