English fans&rsquo; reaction was expected after Roy Hodgson&rsquo;s England made a first-round from the World Cup in Brazil.&nbsp;England skipper Steven Gerrard riled fans after posting a number of pictures of his family trip with wife Alex and kids at a secret destination.

The 34-year-old was pictured posing on the sand with the caption: &ldquo;Nice day on the beach with my girls&rdquo; before adding they were taking a break from sunbathing to enjoy a golf lesson. One supporter, named Tommy, commented on the photo: &ldquo;Cost Liverpool the title, cost England the World Cup. Overrated.&rdquo;
