<div>Rising Australia pace star James Pattinson will miss the rest of the Test series against India with a foot injury, team officials said yesterday.</div><div><br /></div><div><img src="/imagedata/2012/jan/James.jpg" border="5" align="" alt="" /><br /></div><div><i><span style="font-size: 8pt; ">James Pattinson</span></i></div><div><br /></div><div>Pattinson, 21, who has taken 21 wickets in his first four Tests and has been man-of-the-match twice, has a stress injury in his left foot and needs a spell out of the game, officials said.</div><div><br /></div><div>It continues Australia's wretched run of injuries to their leading pace bowlers with Mitchell Johnson, Pat Cummins and until recently Ryan Harris out of action.</div><div><br /></div><div>Selectors have added Mitchell Starc to a 12-man squad for next week's third Test in Perth, with Harris now in line for a return to action.</div>
