<p>The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) seems to have&nbsp;recruited&nbsp;Central Board of Film Certification Chairman Pahlaj Nihalani as a consultant.&nbsp;</p>
<p>"What?... No way!... What rubbish!..." Will be the reaction this information would elicit from people if it were true.</p>
<p>Don't worry, it's not true. But the way the cricket board is behaving it could as well be true.</p>
<p>The Indian cricket board is striving hard to change it's perception among the fans. According to media reports, opener KL Rahul opened up a can of worms when he posted a picture of himself holding a beer bottle while chilling on a beach in St. Nevis in the Caribbean.</p>
<p>After all, how can role models be seen drinking beer. According to BCCI, role models need to be 'sanskari' and should drink only milk -- like good boys.</p>

<p>So the moral cops in the Indian board swung into action. The reports claimed that though Rahul wasn't ordered to remove the pic, but the wicketkeeper-batsman deleted it to avoid trouble. It seems the team manager was asked to inform the cricketer about the board being upset with the image.</p>
<p>The Indian national team is in the Carribean to play a four-Test series against West Indies.</p>
<p>Monday saw the Supreme Court accepting the major recommendations of the Lodha Committee on reforms in BCCI including a bar on ministers and civil servants and those above 70 from becoming its members.</p>
<p>Interestingly, Nihalani Nihalani has registered the title "Sanskari" for a film he plans to make in the future.</p>
<p>"I have just registered the title. I haven't thought about who will direct it, or when will the film go on floors but when the time comes I will make an announcement and would love to make the film. It will be produced under my banner Chirag Deep International," Nihalani had said some time back.</p>

<p>When quizzed about why did he choose the title "Sanskari", Nihalani said it is the need of the hour as off late people were making fun of our traditional values. "I chose that title because it is our tradition, it is our hero. It is important for our characters (in the film) to be sanskari. Today people are roaming everywhere and have forgotten their values... Our life, from birth to death, revolves around sanskars (values) and traditions. It is the need of the hour. People have made a joke about our traditions and that is sad."</p>
<p>Well, he can cast the good folks of the Indian cricket board whenever he starts working on the 'Sanskari' project.</p>
