Adelaide: India&rsquo;s out-of-form opening batsman Shikhar Dhawan says he has &ldquo;ironed out&rdquo; his discomfort and stressed he does not have a technical flaw on his highly forgettable tour of Australia. In fact, he gave the impression that he couldn&rsquo;t wait to get cracking in India&rsquo;s opening 2015 World Cup game against arch-rivals Pakistan here today.

&ldquo;I have no problems as far as my technique is concerned. It is a discomfort that I had and have ironed it out. I am batting in my original rhythm in the nets,&rdquo; Dhawan said at the Adelaide Oval on Saturday.
Dhawan was highly instrumental in India winning the 2013 Champions Trophy in England where he scored 363 at 90.75. &ldquo;I am confident of doing well in the World Cup. My performance in the Champions Trophy has given me that confidence. The ball swings a lot in England and I did well there,&rdquo; he said.
In the last one-day series against England, Dhawan averaged 51.67 in four games, his highest being an unbeaten 97 in Birmingham.
The southpaw has played just a couple of ODIs against Pakistan. In the Champions Trophy game at Birmingham, he scored 48 in a winning cause. In the Asia Cup game last March in Dhaka, Dhawan was trapped lbw by Mohammad Hafeez for 10. &ldquo;I am very excited to play against Pakistan. It is a real big one and a challenge for all of us. We are charged up to meet that challenge. I love to play strokes and the Adelaide wicket will provide good bounce to play my shots. Pakistan is a big opponent. We all have to keep our heads down and carry the team forward,&rdquo; the opener said.
