There are a few greater sights in cricket than Rohit Sharma batting in full flow. And when you have Virat Kohli at the other end, it becomes a double delight. That's what was on display at the Green Park Stadium yesterday when the duo put the New Zealand bowling attack to the sword in the series-deciding ODI. Coming into the match, Rohit was under pressure after not being able to get going in the first two ODIs. Not because there was a threat to his position in the team, but due to the fact that the team looked up to him to play a big innings in this vital game. Two years ago he had scored exactly 150 at the very venue in a losing cause against South Africa in a high-scoring game. Chasing 304 for a win, India fell short by five runs once the Mumbai batsman fell. The hosts later went on to lose a rare ODI series at home when they lost the decider at Mumbai.
