Graeme Smith, the former South African captain, who is currently commentating on the Test series against India, fired the first clear shots at Virat Kohli yesterday. Smith spoke at breakfast interaction with Sunil Gavaskar organised by SuperSport, one of the broadcasters of this series.Smith, who was thrust into captaincy at an early age himself, had plenty to say about Kohli. "We all know he's an outstanding player, his intensity really benefits his own personal game, he loves that confrontation," said Smith. "Sometimes as a leader you've got to consider how you impact the others in the environment. That's an area of his leadership that needs to grow."
