Jemimah Rodrigues said it was important for her to keep a positive mindset after stabilising an early wobble to take India to a match-winning total of 188-7, which was enough to beat England by 38 runs in the first T20I on Thursday. 

“T20 is all about momentum. It was important to be positive and patient,” said Rodrigues after walking in at 7-2 and scoring a 40-ball 69.
