Following their historic maiden women's ODI World Cup victory last year, the Indian team is filled with self-belief and starts as the 'favourites' to win the upcoming T20 World Cup in England, according to star batter Jemimah Rodrigues.
India has been placed in a competitive six-team Group A, sharing the pool with Australia, South Africa, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and the Netherlands. Only the top two teams from this group will progress to the knockout semifinals. The tournament is set to kick off on June 12 in England.
