Savar(Bangladesh): The Indian women’s team clinched a facile 26-run win over Ireland to sign off their warm-up engagements on a positive note ahead of the ICC World Twenty20 Championships here yesterday.

Put into bat, the Indians made 148-4  before restricting Ireland to 122-9.  India had earlier lost the first practice game to New Zealand. Poonam Raut struck 50 while skipper Mithali Raj scored 42.
