A lot of people may have forgotten that New Zealand won a three-match ODI series 2-1 in India less than a year ago, in January, given the fast-paced nature of the international calendar. However, the memory of that triumph remains fresh in the mind of New Zealand all-rounder Michael Bracewell, who believes it will give Shubman Gill & Co a point to prove in the five-match ODI series beginning in Auckland on Wednesday.

Interestingly, New Zealand, led by Bracewell, bounced back after losing the series opener by four wickets to win the next two games by seven wickets and 41 runs respectively.
