New Delhi: Indian medium-pacer Mohammed Shami has been ruled out of the five-match ODI series against Sri Lanka starting November 2, due to an injury.

Mumbai medium-pacer Dhawal Kulkarni has replaced Shami in the 15-member Indian squad to be led by Virat Kohli, which has been announced for the first three ODIs, said a BCCI release.
