IPL molestation case: Is an out-of-court settlement on the cards?

We don't want to pursue case against Luke Pomersbach, says brother of Sahil Peerzada, who was allegedly assaulted by Aussie cricketer.

The brother of Mr Sahil Peerzada, who was allegedly punched by Australian cricketer Luke Pomersbach when he objected to him molesting his girlfriend, on Wednesday claimed that they do not want to pursue the case, triggering speculation that both parties are eyeing an out-of-court settlement.

Pomersbach, who is a Royal Challengers Bangalore player,u00a0was arrested last Friday after American national Zohal Hameed alleged he molested her and hit her fiance, Peerzada, when he objected to the cricketer's behaviour. Pomersbach was arrested and later granted bail by the court.
