Irfan Pathan ruled out of Challenger Trophy

All-rounder Irfan Pathan has been ruled out of the NKP. Salve Challenger Trophy due to an injury and will be replaced by Kerala's Sandeep Warrier in the India Red squad.
Irfan’s brother Yusuf Pathan will lead the India Red squad in his absence in the tournament to be held from September 26 to 29 in Indore.
“The All-India Senior Selection Committee has replaced Irfan Pathan with Sandeep Warrier in the India Red squad.
“Yusuf Pathan will lead India Red in the tournament,” Board of Control for Cricket u00a0in India (BCCI) secretary Sanjay Patel said yesterday.
