The Bombay High Court refused to grant an interim stay to Shetty on his writ petition challenging MCA&rsquo;s amendments. Recently, MCA&rsquo;s managing committee moved an amendment barring permanent employees of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and Indian Premier League from contesting MCA polls. <img alt="Ratnakar Shetty" src="http://images.mid-day.com/2013/oct/Ratnakar-Shetty.jpg" style="width: 500px; height: 652px;" /> Ratnakar Shetty Shetty, who is BCCI&rsquo;s General Manager Game Development, challenged the amendment in the High Court shortly after getting a stay order on the five-year ban from the Association for his alleged black marketing remarks in the last AGM. &ldquo;The High Court has dismissed Shetty&rsquo;s appeal. The court asked Shetty to file a regular suit if at all he wishes to challenge again,&rdquo; MCA Joint Honorary Secretary Nitin Dalal told MiD DAY. Shetty will decide later whether to appeal in the Supreme Court. &ldquo;I am waiting for the copy of the court order. Only after that will I decide whether to appeal. I have to discuss it with my lawyers as well,&rdquo; said Shetty, who is all set to launch his panel for the elections in a few days. Meanwhile, another MCA member Mayank Parekh&rsquo;s appeal regarding the amendment is likely to be heard in the City Civil court today.u00a0
