Junior Bangar injured, no medical aid at ground

The plight of Don Bosco's 12-year-old Aryan Bangar during a Mumbai Schools Sports Association-Mumbai Indians Giles Shield Elite Division match against Al Barkat MMI (Kurla) at Cross Maidan exposed the lack of medical facilities at the ground.

Aryan, son of former India cricketer Sanjay Bangar, suffered a right shoulder injury while fielding at short-leg, but MSSA didn’t have medical aid on the spot. Later, Aryan’s father had to rush to the venue to take his son to a private hospital for a check-up.
