Nothing can be said until the test results are out tomorrow,&rdquo; said Sanjay. Unaware of the incident, MSSA cricket secretary HS Bhor, however, turned down the idea of having an ambulance at the ground henceforth. &ldquo;There are 32 matches going on simultaneously. So it&rsquo;s not possible to have medical help at all venues. If a player is seriously injured, we take him to a nearby hospital. For smaller injuries, the teams have their own first aid with them,&rdquo; u00a0Bhor said.u00a0
