London: Soon after hearing that the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) had sacked batting coach and veteran cricketer Graham Gooch, Kevin Pietersen took to his Twitter account to deliver a parting shot at Gooch.

He asked: "Where do I apply for ENG batting coach job? I promise I won't encourage whistling when you get out or trying to change the game!" And if that wasn&rsquo;t enough to cause the English Cricket Board dread, then news has emerged of Pietersen reportingly attempting to &lsquo;hijack&rsquo; England&rsquo;s first Test of the summer at Lord&rsquo;s against Sri Lanka next month.
A report in the British press is saying Pietersen and his&lsquo;super publicist&rsquo; Piers Morgan are expected to attend the opening day of the Test, with some even saying he could be a guest in a hospitality box hired by a ECB member.&nbsp;
