London: England's 2005 Ashes-winning captain Michael Vaughan insists Alastair Cook should be relieved of the captaincy. "Cook is clearly struggling with his form and captaincy. The selectors must replace him as captain," said Vaughan as he left Lord's on Monday after his country's 95-run loss in the second Test.

When asked who would be his choice as new captain, the Yorkshireman mentioned Eoin Morgan, who was not part of the Test XI. He also said Ian Bell and Stuart Broad were other candidates to look at although he conceded that Bell has not been among the runs in the series.
