"You need characters like him, and it is important to keep the faith in the young lad. I request India and its captain   ufffdu00a0 do not adjust his normalcy. Let him be himself. Back him till the end. He has been India's best bowler on this tour so far, and even in 2006-07. I have rarely seen a bowler coming to South Africa and bowl with so much pace, fire and variation. <br /><br />"He is a rare gem, please protect him. He has been the only bowler, who has troubled Jacques Kallis on this tour, and his ball to him at Durban stands out," added Ntini.</p>
