It was Srivastva&rsquo;s teams which made all the arrests in the spot fixing case.u00a0&ldquo;Well, there is no specific law, but we have IPC and MCOCA to depend on. Under normal circumstance we can file a chargesheet within three months, and under MCOCA we can take six months. But we will not wait for that long,&rdquo; he said. Additional Sessions Judge Vinay Kumar Khanna of the Saket court made very strong observations against the Delhi Police while releasing S Sreesanth and Chavan on bail. The judge said that Delhi Police had no record or evidence to corroborate that the accused used violence, coercion or intimidated anyone or extorted money. So prima facie the accused were not covered within the sections of MCOCA.u00a0

Delhi Police will file its chargesheet against three Rajasthan Royals players well before the specified time limit of six months. Two of the players accused of spot fixing in IPL VI    ufffd S Sreesanth and Ankeet Chavan    ufffd have already been granted bail by a Delhi court.
