Lahore: Former coach Mohsin Hassan Khan questioned the Pakistan Cricket Board's decision to appoint South African Mickey Arthur as the head coach, saying he could transform the team to a winning unit if given another chance at the top job.

Khan, under whom the Pakistan team remained unbeaten in eight Tests, further said his record as coach speak volumes of his ability to turn the fortunes of the outfit.
