I can&rsquo;t even choose my son,&rdquo; senior counsel Rohinton Nariman, who was appearing for Srinivasan, told the apex court during argument through a statement. <img alt="" src="http://images.mid-day.com/2013/sep/gurunath.jpg" style="width: 500px; height: 338px;" /> Gurunath Meiyappan Restrictions The bench headed by Justice AK Patnaik observed: &ldquo;We know that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) is not a problem. The only problem is that if Mr Srinivasan is elected again, then what will happen to the CSK issue where his son-in-law is an accused?&rdquo; The court was hearing a Special Leave Petition (SLP) filed by the Cricket Association of Bihar (CAB) which has sought to restrain Srinivasan from becoming the BCCI president for a second time on the grounds that Meiyappan is charge-sheeted in the spot fixing scandal. Since the spot fixing controversy broke, Srinivasan has denied that Meiyappan has anything to do with him or CSK. &lsquo;I received death threats&rsquo; Meanwhile, CAB secretary, Aditya Verma claimed yesterday that someone has threatened to kill him. &ldquo;The caller said I am trying to become a hero in the press by fighting cases against the BCCI. He threatened to kill me if I don&rsquo;t withdraw my case against the BCCI,&rdquo; Verma said. He also provided the number from which he was threatened. However, Verma said he has not filed a police complaint but would do so if he is threatened again.u00a0
