<div>Former Pakistan sporting great Jahangir Khan, Wasim Akram and Hanif Khan were among those who mourned the death of legendary sports administrator Nur Khan (88) yesterday.u00a0</div><div><br /></div><div>Khan, who died in Islamabad overnight, served as president of the Pakistan Hockey Federation, and chairman of the cricket board and of the Pakistan Squash Federation. Jahangir said: "Under him we had a golden period in cricket, squash and hockey."u00a0</div><div><br /></div><div>"What he did for sports in Pakistan will always be remembered," said Akram.</div><div><br /></div><div>"It's because of his contribution that Pakistan held Olympic, World and Champions Trophy titles," said 1984 Olympian Hanif Khan.</div>
