The Pakistan Cricket Board has told wicketkeeper Kamran Akmal and former captain Shoaib Malik to submit documents listing their assets and bank accounts to the PCB by December 30. <br /><br />They will not be considered for the World Cup squad if they fail to do so, the PCB chief operating officer Subhan Ahmed told the Associated Press of Pakistan yesterday. The ICC extended Pak's deadline to submit a 30-man WC squad by Jan 5.
