Expelled Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Rajasthan Royals will know the standing of its legal battle with the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Monday.
On Friday evening, the arbitrator, Justice BN Srikrishna, had filed the papers pertaining the arbitration, a draft copy of which is expected to reach the Royals on Monday.
The process of arbitration ended on Thursday night, and the document was to reach Royals on Friday, but it was postponed to Monday due to the weekend.
Royals moved the Bombay High Court last month when BCCI terminated its contract alleging that the former changed its share-holding pattern without informing the Board.
A Royals source expressed confidence that the arbitration went in the team's favour. It is learnt that none of the Royals' owners were present in New Delhi during the process, besides Raj Kundra and his actress wife, Shilpa Shetty.
