An American-Indian woman who was allegedly molested by Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) player Luke Pomersbach has issued notice to the team&#39;s owner Sidhartha Mallya seeking his apology for his tweets questioning her character. And if he refuses to apologise, we will file a defamation case against him.&quot; On Friday, RCB owner Sidhartha Mallya tweeted: &quot;The girl who is accusing Luke is saying he hit her &#39;fiance&#39;... what a load of f****** s***. She was all over me last night and asked for my bbm (blackberry messenger) pin, so if he was her fiance she wasn&#39;t exactly behaving like a future wife.&quot; Pomersbach is alleged to have molested the woman at the ITC Maurya Hotel here early Friday morning and beaten her fiance Sahil Peerzada. Delhi Police registered a case of molestation against Pomersbach, who was later released on bail by a city court. u00a0

A defamation notice has been sent to director of Royal Challengers Bangalore Sidhartha Mallya for his remarks on  Twitter in connection to the Luke Pomersbach molestation case.
