Battling poor form, South African opener Herschelle Gibbs is not too hopeful of making it to the national squad for next year's World Cup which would be his fourth if selected.
"There is very little one-day cricket before the group is selected. The batsmen in the South African squad performed superbly in the recent series against the West Indies and Zimbabwe. I will have to make a really good impression," the 36-year-old told the Afrikaans daily 'Beeld'.
