However, later in the day, there was heartbreak for Sharma, who was demoted to Grade C in the BCCI central contracts. Talking about the double ton, he said: "This knock came at a right time. We lost two quick wickets in the morning and I am glad to rescue the team. It was important to build a good partnership," said Sharma. <br /><br />However, he did not wish to comment on being dropped from Grade B.
