With the BCCI making all attempts to woo Sahara India to sponsor Team India and continue with Pune Warriors, the Board may just be able to convince Sahara to continue owning the IPL team.

They are likely to field Pune Warriors under the leadership of Sourav Ganguly in the fifth edition of the IPL. "It all depends on our chairman (Subroto Roy).

But as of now, we can only hope to play in the IPL as Sahara Pune Warriors with Ganguly as skipper. Regarding continuation of Team India sponsorship, it's unlikely," the source stressed.
