Former Sri Lanka skipper <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/search/sanath+jayasuriya-all">Sanath Jayasuriya</a> has reacted sharply at the national team&rsquo;s poor show in the recently-concluded T20I series against England.
Sri Lanka couldn&rsquo;t cross the 130-run mark in any of the matches as England inflicted a 3-0 whitewash by winning the third match on Saturday.
&ldquo;Very sad day for Sri Lankan cricket. The situation is critical. We need immediate measures to save <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/search/cricket+news+-all">cricket</a>,&rdquo; Jayasuriya wrote on Twitter.
