Colombo: Sri Lanka Cricket has expressed shock and dismay over the ICC decision to hold back funds meant for it following the government decision to appoint an interim committee (IC).

SLC CEO Ashley de Silva, in a letter to his ICC counterpart Dave Richardson, said that the interim committee had explained the reasons which led to the appointment of the IC.
