<p><br />While India brought in Virat Kohli in place of Yuvraj Singh, who was ruled out of the series due to a finger injury, Thissara Perera will make his debut for Sri Lanka in injured Chanaka Welegedera's place. India lead the five-match series 2-1.<br /></p>
