Tendulkar, who failed to reach the milestone of 100 international centuries in the Test series, might be selected for the last two games when national selectors meet today.

Tendulkar had been rested from the squad for the first three matches but was keen on playing the remaining two matches of the series scheduled on December 8 and 11 in Indore and Chennai respectively, according to the report.

Tendulkar's last international century came on March 12 during a World Cup group league match against South Africa at Nagpur.
