Manchester City defender Micah Richards has spoken of how crucial Carlos Tevez is to the club. Richards says the unsettled striker is key to their progress with a Champions League spot next season their ambition. City are on course to achieve that goal as they prepare for the home game against Everton on Monday. The full back knows he would leave a big hole should should he move on but added, that he won't: "I'm sure we can keep Carlos until the end of the season at least. We're doing well in the league and topping our group in Europe. It's going well for us and he's a big part of what we're trying to do. I think they will get it sorted out."
