Virat Kohli fined for slow over rate

Royal Challengers Bangalore captain Virat Kohli has been fined after his team maintained a slow over rate during their 21-run win over Delhi Daredevils in the Indian Premier League (IPL) at the Feroz Shah Kotla here on Thursday night.

Since it was his first offence of the season under the IPL’s Code of Conduct relating to minimum over-rate offences, Kohli was fined USD 20,000.
At the end of the match, Royal Challengers Bangalore were assessed to be two overs behind the required rate after allowances were taken into consideration.u00a0
