Warner bar attack raises team culture concern ahead of Ashes

A second disciplinary hearing in three weeks for explosive opener David Warner has raised concerns about the culture of the Australian cricket team heading into next month's Ashes series in England

David Warner was dropped for the Champions Trophy match against New Zealand in Birmingham on Wednesday and made to carry the drinks, after England reported an "unprovoked physical attack" in a bar on batsman Joe Root.

Cricket Australia said Warner had been reported for breaching its code of conduct relating to "unbecoming behaviour", with the hearing to be held late Thursday.
