Will uncapped cricketers hit the jackpot at the IPL 7 auction?

<p>With the BCCI deciding to put 651 uncapped players in the IPL auction pool for the first time, the T20 tournament's riches are all set to reach even Indian cricketers who haven’t played for the national teams.</p>

New Delhi: Some of India's up and coming talents, including Unmukt Chand and Rishi Dhawan, are expected to feature in the IPL auction for the first time as they feature in the 651-strong list of uncapped players to be put under the hammer on February 12 and 13 in Bangalore.
The franchises have received the list of the uncapped players and they have time time till February 3 to send the names they are interested in to the IPL authorities, who will then make a final shortlist for the players' auction.
