Pakistan spinner Imad Wasim has said that Pakistan reaching the semi-finals now is out of their hands and results of other matches will determine if Pakistan goes through. Pakistan lost comprehensively against rivals India at Manchester and the result puts them at the lower end of the table in the World Cup 2019.

"Results of the other countries may come into play. From our point of view, we can only do what we can. What is in our hands is to try to win all four games and take it from there," Wasim said in an official statement released by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
