In the WPL 2026 match against UP Warriorz, Royal Challengers Bengaluru emerged victorious by nine wickets at the Dr DY Patil Sports Academy in Navi Mumbai.

Having put to chase a target of 144 runs, RCB scored 145 runs for the loss of just one wicket in 12.1 overs. This also marked Bengaluru's second victory in the ongoing season.


Opening batswoman Grace Harris delivered a stunning knock of 85 runs off just 40 deliveries. During her innings, she smashed 10 boundaries and five maximums.



Fellow opening batswoman Smriti Mandhana and wicketkeeper-batswoman Richa Ghosh stayed unbeaten at the crease. Facing 32 balls, Mandhana accumulated 47 runs, including nine boundaries, whereas Ghosh registered four runs in two balls, with the help of a boundary.

Shikha Pandey was the only successful bowler for the Warriorz. Having bowled three overs, she claimed one wicket by conceding 28 runs. Deepti Sharma, Kranti Goud, Deandra Dottin, Sophie Ecclestone, and Asha Sobhana went wicketless in the WL 2026 match against RCB.

Earlier, having put to bat first, Warriorz posted a score of 143 runs for the loss of five wickets in 20 overs. Skipper Meg Lanning departed after scoring 14 runs in 21 balls, including a boundary. Fellow opening batswoman Harleen Deol managed to score 11 runs off 14 balls, and also smashed two boundaries.

Facing 11 balls, Phoebe Litchfield scored 20 runs, which was laced with three boundaries and a maximum.

Later, Deepti Sharma played a crucial knock of an unbeaten 45 runs off 35 deliveries. Her knock also included five boundaries and a maximum. Shouldering her was Deandra Dottin, who smashed 40 runs in 37 balls, with the help of three boundaries and a maximum.

RCB's star bowler Shreyanka Patil claimed two wickets by conceding 50 runs in four overs. Along with her, Nadine de Klerk bagged two wickets for 28 runs in four overs.

Star pacer Lauren Bell also returned with the figures of one wicket for 16 runs in her spell of four overs. Linsey Smith and Arundhati Reddy went wicketless in the WPL 2026 match against UP Warriorz. Completing her quota of four overs, Smith was smashed for 30 runs, and Reddy gave away 18 runs in four overs.
