Kolkata: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has slapped a fine on Bangladesh skipper Mashrafe Bin Mortaza and his men for a slow over-rate against India in their last World Twenty Group 2 fixture.

Match referee Chris Broad imposed the fine after Bangladesh were ruled to be one over short of the target when time allowances were taken into consideration. As per the rules, Mashrafe was fined 20 percent of his match fee while the other players received 10 percent fines, reports bdnews24.com.
